宁神止抽颗粒治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床研究

【摘 要】目的：观察宁神止抽颗粒治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对门诊符合抽动症诊断标准的60例患儿随机分为治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组服用中药宁神止抽颗粒治疗，对照组服用西药氟哌啶醇治疗。观察两组病例用药前后临床症状的变化和不良反应情况，并随访6个月。结果治疗组在降低耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）评分和治愈率方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组未出现不良反应，对照组3例出现嗜睡，2例出现反应迟钝、记忆减退，1例出现腹泻。结论宁神止抽颗粒治疗儿童多发性抽动症临床疗效好，而且安全性较高。%Objective To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of children with multiple tic disorder treated by Ning Shen

Granule.Methods The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Ningshen Zhichou pellet treatment, and the control group were treated with Western medicine treatment of

haloperidol.Results The effects of treatment group were better than those of the control group in terms of reducing the symptom score and the cure rate. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group. 3 cases of sleep, and 2 cases of slow, memory loss, 1 cases of diarrhea were happened in the control group.Conclusion It is
